Cavanna Homes is seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in the South West region. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of our homes to customers at various sites throughout the region.

You will support and persuade potential purchasers to buy a Cavanna Home, managing the sales process from initial contact to handover. Your goal will be to enhance the customer journey and ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify potential purchasers in accordance with departmental procedures
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to handover
  • Ensure the show home and sales office presentation meet departmental standards
  • Respond to generated sales leads and work to close sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist in detailed market research
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
  • Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
  • The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
