Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor at Excell Supply. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our secondary schools in Mold and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Supervision: Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4, taking the register, delivering set work, and ensuring pupil understanding of the tasks which have been set.
  • Behaviour Management: Manage students' behaviour in line with the schools' behaviour policy, ensuring that students are on task and manage any immediate problems according to school procedures.
  • Supporting Pupils: Aid pupils in their learning as effectively as possible, and provide additional support to children with additional educational needs.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Requirements:

  • Education: A strong understanding of the education sector and a passion for education.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
