We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metallurgist to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Asset Management function, you will provide technical support and metallurgical expertise to our customers across various sectors, including Nuclear and Renewables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead metallurgical support for customer projects, working in our UKAS accredited laboratories and on-site at customer locations.
• Develop and implement metallurgical solutions to minimize cost, maximize return, and mitigate risk for our customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated projects and services.
• Contribute to the development of our Asset Management service, consultancy, and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading metallurgical support in a relevant transferable role.
• Technical expertise in metallurgy, with a strong understanding of asset management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
