Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and placing job adverts on behalf of senior team members
- Booking events, restaurants, hotels, and travel arrangements
- Managing charity events and donations
- Administering our CRM system to ensure accurate logging of candidate and client activity
- Formatting candidate CVs to match our branding
- Supporting the senior team with resourcing candidates using job boards and LinkedIn
- Booking interviews with candidates and clients
- Completing background and compliance checks as required
- Providing general office administration support, including answering the phone and transferring calls
