About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional to join our team in a secure healthcare environment. As a healthcare support worker or registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse community setting, providing primary care, mental health, and substance misuse services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a range of services, including nurse-led clinics, administering medication and treatments, emergency response, triage, wound care, examinations, and referrals.
