Job Summary
At SPEC Engineering Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Static Equipment Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pressure vessel engineering deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pressure vessel design calculations, datasheets, and general arrangement drawings.
- Prepare and review detailed fabrication drawings, testing requirements, and coating specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications.
- Approve Bill of Materials (BOM) for vessels and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct special studies and prepare specifications as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of design experience in oil, gas, and refinery EPCC projects.
- Experience working with major IOC and large-scale oil, gas, and petrochemical projects.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficient in PV Elite/Compress software and knowledgeable in ASME Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Div 1 & 2) and API Code.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate interpersonal/team building skills.
