We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Procurement Data Analyst and Contract Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz UK Limited. As a key member of our Procurement and Contracts department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement management team by collecting, processing, and analyzing procurement data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track procurement metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct spending analysis, supplier performance analysis, and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements in procurement processes.
- Collaborate with procurement management, finance, and IT teams to integrate data from various sources and ensure data integrity.
- Represent Mercedes-Benz in the UK to all suppliers and maintain contract condition negotiations with suppliers on behalf of MBUK Ltd.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. You will also require a high level of expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
