Bladder and Bowel Service Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bladder and Bowel Service Nurse to join our team at Suffolk GP Federation CIC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with bladder, bowel, and continence issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, re-assess, plan, implement, and evaluate bladder, bowel, and/or continence care for a delegated caseload within the scope of professional practice.
- Promote continence and manage incontinence.
- Develop and maintain effective channels of communication with the wider multidisciplinary team in relation to clients on their caseload as required.
- Use a patient-centered approach in the provision of care to meet the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Provide support to relatives and/or carers.
- Manage own caseload on a day-to-day basis with support and supervision.
