About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Environmental Impact (EIA) team, you will play a critical role in managing environmental inputs to large-scale development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality environmental reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents.
  • Provide technical expertise in environmental impact assessment, mitigation, and management.
  • Collaborate with integrated design teams to improve environmental outcomes and identify opportunities for sustainable development.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of environmental reports and assessments.
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities, promoting AECOM's environmental services to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant environmental discipline (e.g., environmental science, ecology, sustainability).
  • Proven experience in EIA consultancy, with a strong track record of managing environmental reports and assessments.
  • Excellent project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management.
  • Strong technical expertise in environmental impact assessment, mitigation, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
