About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as an Associate / Associate Director. As a key member of our civil and structural engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-profile civil and structural engineering projects, providing strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
