About the Role:

Nicola York Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Billing Administrator to join our team. As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for processing multiple client invoices on a weekly and monthly basis, creating bespoke client invoices, applying cash received to the ledger, raising credit notes, resolving client billing queries, and managing client portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process multiple client invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Create bespoke client invoices
  • Apply cash received to the ledger
  • Raise credit notes
  • Resolve client billing queries, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Manage client portals to ensure they have been updated and accurate information is recorded
