Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide support to children and young people with additional needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum under the direction of teachers and senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pupils in the playground or out of school events or activities
  • Provide active learning support and assist with intimate care routines when required
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate experience of supporting children and young people with additional needs. A genuine interest in the development of children and their wellbeing is essential, along with empathy, patience, and an ability to engage with children and young people.

Sensitivity is also required when dealing with any care routines and to respect confidentiality at all times.
