- Legislative Compliance: Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to continuous learning and development.
- Resource Optimization: Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Leadership: Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.
- Driving License: Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
- Right to Work: Provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'.
