About the Role
Acklam Medical Centre is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our clinical team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the organisation and facilitation of clinical care, working collaboratively with our nursing team to provide holistic and proactive care to patients registered at the practice.
- Maintain a high professional standard of nursing care, adhering to all practice protocols, policies, and guidelines, and providing nursing assistance to GPs and other members of the Acklam Medical Centre team.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in line with the changing healthcare landscape.
- Work within your own level of competency, expanding the role in accordance with practice requirements and your own scope of practice.
