NJR Recruitment is currently working with a highly successful supplier to the retail industry to find an experienced National Retail Account Manager to join their team.
Job Purpose:
- Ultimate responsibility for the successful management of designated retailer accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of retailer accounts, including developing and executing account plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on account performance and market trends.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the retail market and ability to analyze market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
