Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a key role that requires enthusiasm, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of passion and excellence in brand representation.
- Sales: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, driving sales through product knowledge and effective team management.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience that builds loyalty and drives repeat business.
- Shop Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable)
- Fashion retail experience, minimum two years
- Fluent English, level B2 (minimum)
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Results-oriented and proactive approach
