Premier Placement Services is seeking experienced Class 2 drivers for temporary and permanent positions with our logistics company.

Key Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive an 18-tonne curtainside vehicle on a pallet line network
  • Transport goods and materials to designated clients in a safe and timely manner
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of driving hours and working time directive (WTD)
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the client
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • HGV Class 2 license
  • Valid CPC card
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points. No DR or DD Offences
  • Physical ability to perform handballing duties as required
  • Previous pallet line experience an advantage
Working Hours and Pay:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shifts
  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Holiday pay on top
