CPJ Recruitment is seeking a strong commercial candidate to join our client, a leading manufacturer of commercial HVAC products, as an Area Sales Manager.
The Role of Area Sales Manager
- The successful Area Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and specifying the company's range of commercial HVAC products, including gas water heaters, storage solutions, space heaters, air source heat pumps, and solar thermal systems.
- You will target commercial projects with high water consumption, such as schools, sports and leisure facilities, hotels, care homes, food and beverage establishments, and salons.
- You will be tasked with winning and tracking specifications with M&E consultants and contractors, and influencing approved installers and contractors to ensure the company's state-of-the-art products are installed.

Our client has been established for over 100 years and is part of a large group with subsidiaries worldwide. They are innovative and supply the commercial market with high-quality commercial HVAC products, offering energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions for commercial buildings and construction projects.
The Candidate
We are looking for a sales professional with experience in selling HVAC products via specification into M&E contractors, consultants, and architects.
The Package
- Up to £55,000 uncapped, with a car allowance or company car
- Excellent corporate benefits package
- 25 days plus bank holidays
