Are you a compassionate and encouraging individual eager to enhance the educational experience of students in Secondary education?

Teaching Personnel is collaborating with a mainstream Secondary institution seeking a dedicated full-time Support Assistant. The position involves working five days a week from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Your responsibilities will include assisting students with their academic progress and supporting the classroom instructor. You will be tasked with conducting group activities, providing one-on-one support, and offering general assistance during lessons, as well as supervising during breaks and fulfilling other supportive roles.

Position Overview:

  • Working hours are approximately 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Role: Secondary School Support Assistant
  • Compensation up to £100 per day based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering assistance within the classroom as needed
  • Facilitating activities on an individual or small group basis
  • Ensuring student engagement during lessons
  • Adapting to the unique needs of each student
  • Assisting with the management of student behavior

All pay rates mentioned include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
