Job Overview

Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, is seeking a skilled Program Management Office Analyst to join our team in Stirling.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and promoting best practices for Project and Program Office Management, ensuring data accuracy and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data and reports are accurate and up-to-date, supporting the governance of programs and projects.
  • Handle processes related to project change orders, project lifecycle, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining and promoting best practices for Project and Program Office Management.
  • Provide regular reports for Project or Program Managers and the PMO Manager/Change Portfolio Lead.
  • Perform Quality Assurance checking of Project or Program data, providing reports and trend analysis.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Project Office industry best practice and methodology.
  • Knowledge of Project & Programme Management industry best practice and methodology.
  • Currently working towards or an interest in Project Management qualifications, such as Prince2, APMP, and ISEB.
  • Experience working within a Financial Services organization.
