Job Description

This is a full-time field-based role for a Customer Sales Executive in our London office, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, analyzing data, providing customer support, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and trends
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
  • Work effectively within deadlines and demonstrate accuracy in your work
Requirements
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Account Management expertise
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in the wholesale or distribution industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Basic Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (based on experience)
