Our Real Estate Planning team is renowned for its expertise in advising on high-profile developments across the UK. With a strong focus on infrastructure and environmental work, we handle a wide range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Planning Lawyer to join our national team. As a minimum, you'll need:

  • A legal qualification with 3+ years post-admission experience gained within a planning team.
  • Knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
  • Experience of planning agreements and highway agreements.
  • Ability to handle inquiries, examinations, and judicial reviews relating to planning matters.
  • Knowledge and experience of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).

As a Planning Lawyer, you'll work on large-scale development consent orders, give strategic planning advice, review environmental statements, and support our national real estate practice. This is an unrivalled opportunity to work on a wide range of premium-level planning work outside of the City.
