Overview:
Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance and Safety Manager to enhance our team as we expand our operations.

This position is ideal for an individual with a robust background in manufacturing quality control and management experience. The successful candidate will be self-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional quality and surpassing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a hands-on approach to:

  • Conducting product inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Supervising the inspection team and ensuring effective training and coaching.
  • Promoting the efficient use of equipment and adherence to established processes.
  • Implementing quality initiatives on the production floor to foster continuous improvement.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining our Quality Management System and ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Developing and executing an Integrated Management System to achieve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
  • Overseeing product inspections to uphold our esteemed reputation for quality.
  • Investigating non-conformities and collaborating with production leaders to devise solutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement in products and processes to meet the highest standards.
  • Championing the application of our Quality Management System across all business areas.
  • Conducting internal audits and leading external audits.
  • Auditing supplier materials to ensure quality before integration into our products.
  • Reporting to senior management on the performance of the Quality Management Systems and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Training new QHSE personnel.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:
In addition to quality management, you will also:

  • Advise on Health, Safety, and Environmental matters, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
  • Conduct risk assessments for various processes and tasks.
  • Oversee the servicing schedules of key equipment.
  • Facilitate necessary Health & Safety training for all employees.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the QHSE department.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in maintaining a Quality Management System for ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Quality Assurance management role within a manufacturing context.
  • Experience in developing visual standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Direct inspection experience, including proficiency with tools such as Micrometers and Vernier Calipers.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of team management.
  • Competence in auditing and risk assessment of manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in collaborative team environments.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Support for calibration tasks and duties.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
