Our client, a prominent player in the oilfield equipment sector, seeks to enhance their diverse workforce with a proactive individual.

Compensation:
£42 per hour, with weekly payments.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Contract Duration:
6 Month Fixed Term - High potential for Permanent employment

Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembly Technician:

1. Assemble hydraulic systems according to established designs and procedures, ensuring that the cleanliness of hydraulic systems is consistently upheld.
2. Oversee and manage materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or faults, reporting any issues promptly.
3. Contribute to essential initiatives such as timely delivery, adherence to schedules, and maintaining quality costs.
4. Ensure that product quality aligns with the required standards while achieving output KPIs.
5. Promote awareness of and adherence to company objectives, policies, and procedures.
6. Comply with inspection and FAT criteria, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience Required for the Mechanical Assembly Technician Role:

- Completion of a Time-Served Apprenticeship or National Certificate in a relevant field.
- Experience in a mechanical-focused profession.
- Familiarity with assembly and manufacturing environments.
- Valid forklift and overhead crane certifications.
