Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to assigned sites as the primary contact for planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical and electrical services.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including emergency lighting tests, fire alarm checks, lamp replacements, basic plumbing, and general fabric repairs.
  • Conduct electrical maintenance, including both PPM and reactive tasks.
  • Work independently, managing your schedule while ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair duties.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess an electrical bias and hold either the 17th or 18th edition qualification.
  • Experience in performing PPM and reactive maintenance is essential.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Must reside locally and be willing to travel within the region.
  • Proficient IT skills and excellent communication abilities are required.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary of £40,400.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.
