The Retention Payment Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting the Customer Strategy across Payment Solutions. This role requires a positive outlook, a friendly and presentable manner, and superb attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Strategy across Payment Solutions
  • Assist in progressing customer applications
  • Engage with existing business customers to identify Payment Solutions that can support their business
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling any issues to agreed levels of service
  • Take full accountability for governance and compliance
  • Participate in additional activities to support the management team, such as analysis and focus groups

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate has a degree-level education
