Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Fairstone Group Ltd. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners and ensuring the smooth operation of our client review process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Planning: Coordinate and schedule client reviews with our financial planners, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and presented in a clear and concise manner.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare all pre-meeting requirements, including portfolio valuations, fact find documentation, and risk questionnaires, to ensure a seamless meeting experience.
- Post-Meeting Administration: Produce high-quality client reports and implement advice actions, such as fund switches and new business, in a timely and accurate manner.
- General Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including client servicing and general office duties, as required.
Requirements
- Experience: Ideally, at least 2 years of experience as an administrator in the financial/wealth planning sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
