Job Description

Job Title: Distribution Centre Stock Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Centre Stock Controller to join our team at Staffline Group. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of stock and materials within our distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting First-Line Managers (FLMs): Collaborate with FLMs to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
  • Computer-Based Tasks: Spend most of your time working on computer systems, managing stock levels, and processing transactions.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Effectively communicate with various teams, including Transport, Inbound, Outbound, and Flow Teams, to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared to move between different areas of the warehouse, including Inbound, Outbound, and Picking, as needed, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excel and Internal Systems Experience: Must have experience working with Excel and internal systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.

Work Arrangements:

  • Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, from 06:00 to 18:00
  • Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour
  • Overtime Pay: £16.01 per hour
