Role Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to review PDF documents created by our in-house design team. This role demands a keen eye for detail along with outstanding spelling and grammar proficiency. It is crucial to maintain a high standard of proofreading while being aware of project deadlines, and the ability to make swift, assured decisions will be beneficial. As a member of the proofreading team, you will support the broader Graphic Services department, showcasing excellent written communication and a professional, accommodating demeanor.

Proficiency in computer usage is essential, as you will utilize our internal file management system to organize your tasks effectively. We are committed to helping you refine your skills and achieve your full potential within our team.

Key Duties:

· Meticulously reviewing PDF drafts against client-provided content

· Amending grammar, spelling, and punctuation, verifying facts, and adhering to our established style guide

· Managing multiple email accounts as part of a team and addressing inquiries from our design team

Candidate Requirements:

· Possess an excellent command of the English language (minimum of grade B or grade 6 in GCSE English)

· Exhibit exceptional spelling and grammar skills along with a sharp eye for detail

· Be proficient in computer usage

· Demonstrate self-motivation with a positive attitude

· Exhibit strong communication skills

· Show a commendable approach to teamwork
