About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Haribo UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Accounts Payable/Receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Sales Ledger daily cash book and allocate bank receipts
- Process new credit account applications
- Liaise with Sales Force in the resolution of customer problems and queries
- Credit management and control of the customer deductions and invoice process
- Assisting with the weekly payment run
- Process employee expenses in line with the T&E policy
- Taking ownership of the accounts payable process; including maintenance and accuracy of the payable ledgers
Requirements:
- Intermediate Excel and analytical skills
- Strong IT systems/data manipulation skills
- Proven experience in both Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Good communication skills - ability to communicate appropriately at all levels to both Finance and non-Finance colleagues
- Experience of working in SAP environment would be preferred
- Experience with project management and digitalisation/automation of AP and AR processes
