**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Finance Analyst to join our team at JSS Search. As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team in delivering a suite of monthly management accounts, journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Management accounts process: working with the finance team to deliver a suite of monthly management accounts
* Journal posting
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Intercompany Reconciliations and parent group reporting
* Financial Statement reporting and trading analysis
* Invoice posting, payments and banking responsibilities
* VAT, Corporation Tax, Dividend and Loan transactions
* Process documentation and improvement
* Insurance cash management
* Working with the technical services team to ensure that insurance premiums are paid and reconciled on a timely basis
* Bordereaux production and transactional reporting
* Sales Ledger system reconciliations
* Regular operational and financial reporting
* Regulatory Reporting and Audit
* Reporting to relevant financial regulators
* Audit process support
* Statutory Accounts production
* Ad hoc business support and financial analysis

**Requirements**

* Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in Mathematics, Science or Business related subjects
