About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative data solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
  • Provide input to product vision and strategy for groundbreaking data products
  • Lead cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
  • Master Agile methodologies and guide teams through sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Be the go-to expert for product, offering wisdom and direction to team members
  • Dive deep into user research to uncover opportunities that set our data products apart
  • Craft and communicate compelling product roadmaps and release plans
  • Define and track KPIs that measure success and tell a story of impact and continuous improvement

  • Background in data product management, with a portfolio that speaks to ability to design and deliver

  • Relentless curiosity for market trends and appetite for innovation that keeps our products at the forefront
  • Metrics-driven approach, using data to track progress and inspire future product enhancements
