Brewery Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Brewery Technician to join our team at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. As a Brewery Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our award-winning beers.

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art brewing systems to produce high-quality beers.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that all beers meet quality standards.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all brewing skills, including brewing, cellar, and filtration.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Monitor and report on product and equipment performance.
• Communicate effectively with other brewing team members and supporting production teams.

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in brewing/fermentation preferred.
• Professional brewing experience and basic mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Availability and flexibility to work early morning, afternoon, or night shifts, including weekends and occasional holidays.
• Forklift certification within 90 days required.
• Narrow Isle Lift Certification within 90 days required.
• Scissor Lift Certification within 90 days required.
• Boom Lift Certification within 90 days required.
• Cart Caddy Certification within 90 days required.

We offer a competitive hourly compensation rate of $16.74 to $30.16, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications, and geographical location.
