About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Income Generation Directorate at Helen & Douglas House. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a strategic role in developing and delivering major donor fundraising, trusts fundraising, and other income streams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising, with a strong focus on major gifts and trusts. You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our fundraising strategy, working closely with our Executive Team and service teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve our income targets
  • Leading the major gifts and trusts fundraising teams to secure significant donations
  • Working closely with our Executive Team and service teams to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
  • Managing and delivering our fundraising events and campaigns
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, trustees, and partners

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about fundraising and has a strong track record of success. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
