Job Summary

We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, driving business development, and staying up-to-date with industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective communication and networking.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
  • Organize events and meetups within your market area to foster connections and growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market knowledge to identify top talent.
  • Negotiate with clients and candidates to secure the best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to create job adverts and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
