About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Officer to join our team in Blackburn. As a Collections Officer, you will work closely with our Collections Director to develop knowledge of legal tools used in the collection of finance agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily HPI react notifications for keeper changes and take appropriate action(s)
  • Assist the Operations function with all other HPI react notifications
  • Review arrears cases with outstanding Asset Insurance renewal documentation until the asset is insured
  • Maintain up-to-date computer records of Finance Agreements
  • Ensure administration is in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations
  • Ensure all business is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and company expectations
Requirements
  • Knowledge of collection activities/process within a financial services environment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of asset financing (preferred)
  • Excellent telephone manner
