ISQ Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager (Broilers) for one of our Clients in the Scunthorpe area.


Key Role Objective:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the poultry farm, ensuring the health and well-being of the birds, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the poultry farm, including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of the birds.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the farm team to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Monitor and control costs, including feed, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in poultry farming or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of animal welfare and health and safety regulations.
