Roles & Responsibilities:


• Effectively communicate the priorities of outsourced tasks to clients on a regular basis, ensuring meticulous attention to the client's specifications and our contractual commitments.


• Generate and provide quotations for subcontract pricing to clients through the sales system. Oversee the daily prioritization of customer orders, ensuring timely updates and managing any escalations.


• Address daily inquiries from clients, providing information in a clear and documented manner.


• Manage new requests from clients, ensuring timely processing for outsourced tasks by:


• Initiating the release of service orders to our suppliers for outsourced work.


• Collaborating with logistics to confirm the progress of units throughout the process.


• Monitoring turnaround times for jobs to guarantee adherence to customer contractual obligations.


• As necessary, handle requests to verify the status of receipt or other processing stages for outsourced work.


• Update internal system notes for each job accordingly.


• Adhere to quality procedures by logging certificates into the internal system for auditing purposes.


• Provide daily support for the overall outsourced duties, fostering teamwork and prompt assistance.


• Ensure the availability of high-tech materials, equipment, and/or services in alignment with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.


• General purchasing responsibilities may also encompass the initiation and/or creation of requisitions, purchase orders, and overall scheduling. Review supplier quotes and order confirmation statuses to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.


• Assist any procurement outsource contract staff as necessary, including but not limited to, open order reports, supplier confirmations, on-time delivery, and expediting.
