About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure exceptional care standards are met at every location
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure the safe administration of medications

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
