Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Lead to join our Unbox tribe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing your department, ensuring business and departmental targets are achieved, and promoting a positive and motivated team ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective production plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring compliance with Gousto's Quality and HACCP Plans.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production data and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role with management or supervisory experience of a large shift.
  • Experience in food production or FMCG fulfillment.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the business.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
