Job Summary:

Indotronix Avani UK, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing forward support delivering primary maintenance, leading the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems, and overseeing component change, removal, replacement, or upgrade to correct failures or implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide forward support delivering primary maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
  • Lead the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems, overseeing component change, removal, replacement, or upgrade to correct failures or implement changes.
  • Direct troubleshooting of assembly, disassembly, and modification or repair of Ch47 aircraft primary structures and complex aircraft systems.
  • Oversee validation/verification testing of systems and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspect components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
  • Lead and supervise others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle.
  • Provide training and mentorship to others to ensure the development of our maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
