About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trusts Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic Fundraising team at Woman's Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing six-figure grants from trusts and foundations to support our mission to help survivors of domestic abuse.

As a Senior Trusts Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new ones with trusts and foundations, as well as other donors. You will work closely with our Fundraising team to ensure that we meet our income targets and build on our systems influencing work nationally.

We are looking for a creative and tenacious senior fundraiser who is aligned to our feminist ethos and our service users. You will have experience in securing large grants and be able to effectively communicate our services and develop funder relationships aligned to our strategic priorities.

This is a pivotal time to join our team as we work towards our strategy to double our income and the number of women we support each year. We are committed to developing innovative mental health services for young women and girls, launching peer-led support groups, and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers.

About You

We are looking for a senior fundraiser who is passionate about making a real impact on women and children's lives. You will have experience in managing and delivering the whole cycle of income generation, including regular prospecting, grant management, and impactful funder reporting.
