Job Title: Training Course Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Course Coordinator to join our team at MKC Training. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate course schedules and liaise with sales, trainers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of training courses.
  • Manage Awarding Body processes, including registrations and certification claims, to meet their individual requirements.
  • Support the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and assessment process, liaising with assessors, IQA's, and the Vocational Qualifications Manager.
  • Coordinate exam bookings, results, and dissemination to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide support with centre and trainer accreditations across all portfolios.
  • Prepare internal audits and actions in line with Quality Management Systems & TQI.
  • Track financial transactions, managing balances, and ensuring accuracy in financial records, including requesting Purchase Orders & invoices to be raised.
