Job Title: Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd in Gloucester. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children in your care.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and playwork to promote children's learning and development.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare and Education.
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse.
  • Experience working with toddlers and young children.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
