TPF Recruitment is seeking a Tax Director or Partner for a reputable chartered accountancy firm in Kent.

As part of a thriving team, you will collaborate with partners while overseeing a small tax team. Your responsibilities will encompass both corporate and private client tax services, catering to a diverse portfolio including sole traders, partnerships, and owner-managed businesses. You can tailor your focus to either corporate or private clients based on your expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice and support to a range of clients
  • Manage and develop a small team of tax professionals
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns and computations
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
  • ATT and CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualifications
  • Proven senior-level experience in tax operations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle clients effectively and build lasting relationships
  • Track record of delivering high-quality work on complex UK tax matters within budget constraints
  • Experience in an independent or Top 100 practice is advantageous
