Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV2 Driver to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for collecting household waste and recycling items in residential areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate a rear end loader in a safe and efficient manner
  • Collect and transport waste and recycling items to designated facilities
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as needed
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rate of £14.54 per hour
  • Guaranteed 7.4 hours pay per day, regardless of finishing time
  • £21.81 OT rate for Saturday work and hours exceeding 37 in a week
  • Paid weekly
  • Opportunity for career development and long-term employment with a reputable company

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays following a Bank Holiday
  • 07:00 to 15:00, with the possibility of finishing early
