We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to take on the role of Field Sales Representatives at Virgin Media O2. As a key representative of our brand, you will engage with residents directly, providing outstanding service and showcasing our offerings to attract new clientele.

While experience in sales is not mandatory, we are looking for candidates who excel in a target-driven environment and enjoy interacting with customers.

In this position, you will visit potential customers at their homes, regardless of the weather, to present our cutting-edge products and services.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid UK driving license with a maximum of 8 penalty points
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Exhibit a positive mindset and self-drive to meet sales objectives
  • Effectively manage objections, think quickly, and remain resilient in the face of rejection
Compensation and Perks:
  • Base salary between £25,000 and £45,000 annually
  • Potential to earn unlimited commission
  • Car allowance for full-time staff
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday
