Key Responsibilities

  • Convert customer requirements into product concepts and solutions, establishing value targets for all major systems and project timing.
  • Through set-based development, select and develop technologies that will be used in final production, ensuring the technical success of products and meeting program dates, cost, and quality targets.
  • Play a significant role as a thought-leader in product strategy, participate in workforce planning, and work with customers to determine needs and resolve problems.
