About the Role

We are seeking a part-qualified Finance Business Partner to join our team at Howden. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your finance career in a commercial environment, with a fully supported study package and a peer group of colleagues studying for professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively support business unit managers in driving performance improvement through clearly presented financials and analysis.
  • Maintain a dialogue on costs with a questioning approach and support the completion of accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets in line with deadlines.
  • Assist in developing and delivering KPIs, and support other areas of finance, including statutory accounts preparation, VAT returns, and audit support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a part-qualified professional membership with CIMA, ACCA, or ACA, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to support accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets, and contribute to the development and delivery of KPIs.
