Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the educational environment by ensuring that students continue to learn effectively in the absence of their regular teachers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee students during lessons while implementing pre-prepared assignments.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Familiarize yourself with school policies and promptly address any immediate issues.
  • Collect completed assignments and provide a comprehensive handover for the returning teacher.
  • For long-term assignments, you will be expected to plan, assess, and provide feedback on student work, with designated planning time allocated.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a qualified educator or possess relevant classroom experience to work effectively as a Supply Teacher.
